Together with Paxos, we are scaling Fordefi's technology and accelerating our mission to provide institutions with secure and reliable access to digital assets.

What You'll Do

• Architect, design, and develop new mobile features using Flutter and native mobile technologies.
• Own end-to-end delivery: from technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and best practices to improve the product.
• Maintain a high-quality codebase by writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Ensure top-tier application performance, responsiveness, and stability across platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve complex bugs, performance issues, and edge cases.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

What Are We Looking For

• 4+ years of experience building mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, performance optimization)
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.).
• Experience with offline storage, multithreading/concurrency, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and networking best practices.
• Familiar with product and design lifecycles, and collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product managers
• Proven ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code and to refactor legacy code when needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Flutter experience is an advantage.

• Practical experience developing and deploying Flutter & Dart applications at scale.
• Strong skills in benchmarking, profiling, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, cryptography, or digital asset ecosystems.
