Who We Are

Eterneva turns the ashes or hair of someone deeply loved into a real, lab-grown diamond. We exist because grief is hard, and keeping that person close, in a way that is beautiful, lasting, and deeply personal. That matters. Every single diamond we create represents a life that was extraordinary, and a person still carrying that love forward.

We’re not a traditional jewelry company. We’re a grief-meets-celebration company with a one-of-a-kind product that has been featured on Shark Tank, CNBC, CBS Mornings, and in countless stories of people honoring the people they’ve lost. Our team is small and mission-driven, and the work we do every day genuinely changes lives. Clients cry happy tears when they see their diamond for the first time. That’s the environment you’d be joining.

Our home base is Kerrville, Texas, a charming Hill Country town on the Guadalupe River, about an hour from San Antonio and 90 minutes from Austin. It’s the kind of place where the quality of life is exceptional: low cost of living, stunning scenery, tight-knit community, and zero traffic. If you’re ready to ditch the big-city grind and do meaningful work in a beautiful setting, Kerrville delivers on all fronts.

About This Role

This is a rare, multi-dimensional role that sits at the intersection of jewelry design, client experience, and brand storytelling. You’ll be the person guiding customers through the final design of their forever setting, while also providing customers and visitors tours of our Kerrville facility, showcasing to them our mission in action.

You will work with existing customers on their custom jewelry design process from concept to production, translating a client’s vision into beautiful, buildable pieces, working alongside CAD designers, setting select diamonds, and keeping every project organized and on track. And you’ll have a hand in capturing the visual story of our work through photography and video for social and brand content.

This role is ideal for someone who deeply loves the craft of jewelry, genuinely connects with people, and wants their work to mean something beyond a transaction. Our clients are trusting us with the most precious thing they have, the memory of their loved one. This person will be a core part of honoring that trust.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide clients through the custom jewelry design process. From the first conversation about their vision to final production-ready direction, translating ideas into pieces that are both stunning and buildable.
  • Speak confidently about design details: stone setting types, prongs, bezels, galleries, shanks, and casting, helping clients feel educated and excited rather than overwhelmed.
  • Collaborate with CAD designers or prepare detailed design specs for production partners, manage revisions thoughtfully, and keep design documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Set select diamonds with precision and care: this is hands-on craftsmanship at its finest, and it matters deeply to the people receiving these pieces.
  • Keep projects moving smoothly from concept through CAD, approval, billing, and production by managing timelines, communicating proactively with clients, and staying organized across multiple active pieces at once.
  • Work with jewelry suppliers and manufacturers: sourcing materials, quoting custom pieces, and navigating the production process with confidence and efficiency.
  • Host immersive client tours of the Eterneva facility in Kerrville, welcoming visitors into our world in a way that is polished, personal, emotionally resonant, and deeply on-brand.
  • Capture the beauty and meaning behind each piece through photography and video, contributing to social and brand content that tells the Eterneva story to the world. (No on-camera requirement, but a strong visual eye and storytelling instinct are essential.)
  • Show up with empathy and professionalism for every client interaction: many of our customers are grieving, and the warmth and care you bring to this role is as important as your technical expertise.

Who You Are

  • You have proven custom jewelry design experience. You know how to take a concept and move it into a clear, production-ready direction, and you understand the technical details (stone settings, prongs, bezels, galleries, shanks, casting) well enough to speak about them confidently with clients and production partners.
  • You’re comfortable collaborating with CAD designers or preparing design specs for production, and you have experience working with jewelry suppliers and manufacturers, quoting custom pieces, managing revisions, and keeping the production side organized.
  • You’re a natural communicator. You can guide someone through a difficult or emotionally charged conversation with grace, explain pricing and timelines clearly without being robotic, and manage client expectations without ever making them feel like a number.
  • You’re deeply organized and self-directed. You manage multiple active projects with care and precision, stay proactive when things shift, and never let a detail slip because these details matter to our clients in a very real way.
  • You have a strong visual sense and an eye for beauty, detail, and presentation, whether you’re setting a diamond, styling a shot, or welcoming someone into our space for the first time.
  • You carry genuine empathy into your work. You understand that the people coming to Eterneva are often in the middle of grief, and you hold space for that with warmth, patience, and professionalism, without being performative about it.
  • You’re collaborative, creative, and excited to grow. We’re a developing jewelry team doing something that has never been done before, and we’re looking for someone who is energized by that, not intimidated by it.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Your work will literally matter. Every piece you help design will be worn by someone who lost a person they loved. The impact is real, and you’ll feel it every single day.
  • This role has a serious range: Design, production, client experience, facility hosting, and brand content. You’ll never be bored, and you’ll build a genuinely rare skill set.
  • You’ll be part of a tight-knit, deeply mission-aligned team. We’re not a corporate machine. We’re a group of people who genuinely care about what we build and why we build it.
  • Kerrville is a gem. Hill Country scenery, a beautiful river, a thriving local community, and a cost of living that lets you actually enjoy your life. If you’ve been waiting for a reason to leave the city, this is it.
  • You’re joining at a pivotal moment. Our jewelry team is growing, and the person in this role will help shape what it becomes. There’s real opportunity to grow with us.
