We’re Hiring: Recruiting Coordinator, Cyprus Office


We’re seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team in Cyprus. This on-site role will be pivotal in supporting our hiring efforts, coordinating recruitment activities across the EMEA & APAC regions, and contributing to the efficient operation of our Cyprus office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for candidates by utilising platform automation and coordinating effectively with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners such as background check providers, Employer of Record (EOR) services, and payroll teams.

  • Interview Coordination: Manage all aspects of interview logistics, including scheduling across multiple time zones, collecting feedback, and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders.

  • ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby ATS experience is highly valued), leveraging the system to improve speed, tracking and reporting.

  • Offer Management: Accurately prepare offer letters and handle hiring documentation with attention to detail and precision, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

  • Cyprus Office Growth: Collaborate across teams to drive our Cyprus office growth and support hiring needs across the wider EMEA and APAC regions.

  • Office Administration: Support general administrative tasks for the Cyprus office, contributing to a productive and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in recruitment coordination or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced environment (e.g., tech, finance, or professional services).

  • ATS Proficiency: Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System is required; experience with Ashby ATS is a significant advantage.

  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and professional.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
