The RoleWe are looking for a Full-Stack Product Marketing Manager who can own our entire marketing stack — from positioning and storytelling to growth tools, lifecycle automation, and analytics.
This is a hands-on execution role: you’ll be running Intercom campaigns, analyzing user flows in PostHog, iterating on onboarding, and shipping GTM campaigns — all while shaping the Foundation brand and voice.

What You’ll Do- Messaging & Positioning – Translate crypto security concepts into simple, compelling narratives for everyday users.
- Growth Stack Ownership – Manage Intercom, PostHog, app store listings, referral systems, and attribution tools.
- Lifecycle Marketing – Design and execute onboarding flows, engagement campaigns, and reactivation journeys.
- GTM & Campaigns – Launch product updates, app store campaigns, paid experiments, and community activations.
- Analytics & Insights – Run experiments, analyze funnels, and translate data into product and marketing decisions.
- Content & Storytelling – Create landing pages, in-app copy, blog posts, and educational material on crypto security.
- Cross-Functional Partner – Work directly with product, design, and leadership to drive adoption and retention.
- 4–7 years in product marketing, growth, or lifecycle roles — preferably at consumer fintech or crypto apps.
- Hands-on tool experience: Intercom, PostHog (or Amplitude/Mixpanel), attribution platforms, app store optimization.
- Track record of running end-to-end growth campaigns — from insight → experiment → execution → measurement.
- Comfort with rolling up your sleeves: writing copy, building flows, segmenting audiences, pulling data.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to own funnel metrics and retention KPIs.
- Bonus: background in security, fintech, or products that require building trust with users.
