Why Join Us:

At BIT, we tackle complex problems as a team. We encourage openness and promote transparency, respect, and inclusivity. Every team member is valued and has a voice that can be heard. We are always in search of intellectually curious and entrepreneurial individuals who are keen on making an impact in the crypto ecosystem and in building a better product for the next one billion users.

About the role:

We are a campaign-driven growth team running 5 monthly campaigns plus 2–3 flash campaigns for a fast-growing US-stock investing user base. This role sits at the center of platform operations — everything you do directly determines whether campaigns reach users on time and error-free. It starts with getting things right and getting them fast, and grows from there into strategic thinking. You'll see the full campaign lifecycle from planning to post-launch review, with a clear path forward.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Campaign setup & launch: configure campaign rules in the ops backend, publish pages, run pre-launch checks — following the SOP with zero errors
  • Landing pages: build and publish campaign landing pages using page-builder tools and structure templates
  • Engagement setup: run audience selection and scheduling for push, SMS, and in-app messages per the engagement strategy
  • Campaign copy: write and adapt campaign materials from templates (push copy, page copy, campaign rules)
  • Campaign settlement: compile campaign data, prepare settlement drafts, submit for manager review, and distribute rewards
  • Market & competitor research: use AI tools to gather industry, competitor, and user insights ahead of each campaign, and turn them into actionable recommendations
  • Flash campaigns: once ramped up, independently own flash campaigns and launch quickly around market moments

Job Requirements:

  • 1–3 years in internet operations, campaign operations, or similar execution roles (outstanding fresh graduates considered)
  • Strong copywriting in both Chinese and English — able to independently write campaign and marketing copy
  • Proficient with AI tools: uses AI to speed up copy refinement, market and competitor research, and information gathering — and distills the output into conclusions and directions that actually inform execution
  • Comfortable with backend/config tools, quick to learn new ones; detail-oriented and doesn't miss steps
  • Solid data sense; compiles and organizes campaign data efficiently
  • Reliable and comfortable with the pace of launch deadlines

Preferred:

  • Experience in fintech, brokerage, US equities, or crypto
  • Familiarity with landing-page builders (H5 editors) or push/SMS platforms
  • SQL skills or experience running campaign data reviews

What you'll get:

  • A complete campaign-operations playbook, built through 7–8 live campaigns a month
  • A clear path: execution → independent flash-campaign ownership → campaign owner track
  • Direct reporting line to the manager in a small, high-visibility team where your work is seen
