Job Responsibilities:
- Support execution and monitoring of US equities and listed equity options trades
- Assist with option strategy execution, including covered calls, protective puts, spreads, and yield enhancement strategies
- Monitor positions, option Greeks (delta, gamma, vega), and overall risk exposure
- Support hedging activities during periods of market volatility
- Manage the full options lifecycle, including expiry, exercise, assignment, and settlement
- Monitor and resolve trade breaks, abnormal trades, and booking discrepancies
- Ensure accurate trade booking, confirmation, and post-trade processing across trading and clearing systems
- Monitor intraday P&L, margin usage, and position limits
- Work closely with risk management, compliance, and clearing teams on operational and risk-related matters
- Support trading system monitoring and operational readiness during market hours
- Assist with onboarding new products or markets and adapting operational workflows to exchange-specific rules and settlement cycles
Job Requirements:
- Background or strong interest in equity trading, equity options, or derivatives operations
- Understanding of options fundamentals, including option strategies and Greeks
- Experience in trade support, middle office, or brokerage operations is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, market-driven environment
- Comfortable supporting trading activities during market hours and volatile periods
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with traders, risk, and operations teams
- Familiarity with trading platforms, OMS/EMS, or post-trade systems is a plus
