We are seeking a dynamic RWA Sales Manager - Gold to drive the fund’s distribution among private wealth and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales and distribution of Matrixdock’s XAUm-based gold yield fund, targeting private wealth managers, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Build and nurture client relationships, leveraging your existing network in the traditional finance (TradFi) private wealth management sector.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve KPIs, focusing on assets under management (AUM) growth.
- Educate clients on the benefits of the fund, emphasizing its gold-backed tokenized structure and yield-generation potential.
- Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client inquiries and tailoring solutions to meet their investment needs.
- Monitor market trends in real-world assets (RWA), gold investments, and tokenization to effectively position the fund.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years in banking, finance, or asset management, with experience selling gold funds or related financial products.
- Established network within private wealth management or institutional investors, with a proven track record of driving sales.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to engage effectively with a diverse client base.
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and a demonstrated interest in real-world assets (RWA) and tokenized finance.
- Based in Hong Kong, with the ability to travel as needed.
- Positive attitude with ‘never give up’ mentality and proactive approach to problem solving
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in private wealth management or a similar client-facing sales role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding AUM-based KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products in a clear, compelling manner.
