The role:

As a founding member of our Business Development team, you will have the opportunity to spearhead the next stage of growth for Dynamic. You'll be reporting to the Head of Business Development and owning your own book of business to drive adoption of Dynamic across the fintech, stablecoin, and payment verticals.

Externally you will be sourcing, pitching, closing, and relationship building. You will have the opportunity to interact with the highest-profile companies across web2 and web3 while forging partnerships that will be industry-defining. Internally, you will work cross-functionally to refine our product offering and help manage customers. This role has a high degree of responsibility as you will be refining our GTM playbook for fintech.

Your impact:

  • Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to pitching, and closing deals across fintech, stablecoin, and payment-related verticals.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and sourcing opportunities from your personal network and from prospecting.

  • Forge deep relationships with key decision makers - stay on top of industry trends and current events, and know how to translate that into top-of-funnel activities with later lower-funnel outcomes.

  • Adopt a high standard for communication and responsiveness to your prospects and clients across tools like Telegram, Slack, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Bring organization and structure in keeping track of your sales activities and status of your book across internal systems.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying tech sales experience, especially within web3, fintech, enterprise SaaS, and cloud software.

  • Demonstrated track record closing enterprise deals and exceeding quota.

  • Strategic understanding of the fintech, stablecoin, and payments ecosystem, ideally with a strong existing network within the space.

  • Demonstrated passion for web3, either professionally or personally, and a strong belief in its power to change the world for the better.

  • Able to handle a high volume of work and shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in a related role

  • Nice to haves: deep experience using web3 applications or being active within crypto communities; familiarity with authentication & identity access management
